Idlewheels Senior Mobile Home Park is a residential owner-occupied community for residents 55 years or older.  All residents purchase 20 shares in the Corporation which owns all the land and infrastructure.  The current value of the shares is $28,000.  The Corporation is managed by an elected five-member Board of Directors which meets monthly.  All owners are billed monthly for electricity and propane costs, plus an operating fee of $145.00.  Water and sewer are billed separately by the local utility district.  The homes currently for sale in Idlewheels are listed below. Please contact the Park Manager for further information.  The Manager's office is open 9 am to 1 pm Monday through Friday.
