Idlewheels Senior Mobile Home Park is a residential owner-occupied community for residents 55 years or older.  All residents purchase 20 shares in the Corporation which owns all the land and infrastructure.  The current value of the shares is $28,000.  The Corporation is managed by an elected five-member Board of Directors which meets monthly.  All owners are billed monthly for electricity and propane costs, plus an operating fee of $145.00.  Water and sewer are billed separately by the local utility district.  The homes currently for sale in Idlewheels are listed below.
